Karen Walker is a Top Shop

Given there was a glimmer of sun on Saturday, it somehow got me convinced, that spring wasn’t too far away – 12 weeks last count.  So, while wandering around the Karen Walker store in Newmarket, I eyed the perfect Aztec Print dress.

This dress is part of Karen Walker’s Topshop range and is also available at The Department Store in Takapuna.  I loved the colours of the dress and the Aztec print pattern, which comes in a nice stretch fabric – hopefully fairly easy on the eye!!  Now all I have to do is wait until summer comes, or at least spring, so that it is warm enough to start wearing it?  What was I thinking!

photo 2I also checked out the Topshop range of skinny jeans available, and couldn’t resist buying the MOTO Black Paisley Print Leigh Jeans, which are oh so comfortable. At least I can start wearing them now.

I fell into the art of style quite by accident. There was no defining moment when I decided that I knew what I wanted to do. I want people to feel good about themselves. Many don’t know where to shop and/or how to wear fashion. It has never been solely about cost, but of finding quality at a reasonable price and being able to wear - to suit your own figure, style and fashion. Join me as we explore – What is Style? 1. Keeping my fingers crossed for you, that the weather warms up soon. I would hate to have this amazing dress just sitting around in my closet, and not playing in the sun … Can’t wait to see you do a fun post with this one.
