Sale Time
There is a 4 letter word any shopping professional loves to see and it starts with S and ends with E.
Summer sales go into full swing from Boxing Day. My only advice would be to buy items that you would have paid full-priced for, if you could have afforded them. Just because it is on sale, doesn’t mean you should buy it? However, it can be hard to resist a bargain.
I really want some noise-cancelling headphones; a new front door mat; a yellow throw, some decent towels and new duvet. As I was lucky enough to get vouchers for Zambesi, Smith & Caughey, plus Brave for Christmas, there’ll be no excuse for me having to pop my hand into my own wallet. What a great shopping trip that will be! Just have to remind myself to stick to the plan. Of course Brave and Zambesi don’t actually sell any of the things I actually need !! But when has shopping ever been about need rather than want?
Yellow Tulip
I love Boxing Day sales…. Did you buy much with your vouchers Yellow Tulip??
You’ll be pleased to know got a lovely duvet and also some organic cotton towels that I can’t wait to use. Stuck to my list and didn’t deviate so all good.
zambesi don’t do welcome mats? maybe they need to branch out. thanks for helping to style my partner!
I got a really nice long black dress from Zambesi and a Rick Owens top that I will be able to wear lots. I didn’t go slightly over the voucher though.
There were good sales on Benneton of my country 🙂 but I didn´t check another stores.
Hope you managed to get a couple of nice Benneton pieces to add to your wardrobe collection. I remember the brand from when I lived in London – nice.
