Price Tag Wars

I am sick and tired of spending hours (ok so perhaps maybe just precious minutes) picking off the price tags on gifts this Christmas, that seem to be stuck down with super-glue.  Am I the only one annoyed by this?

Surely a price tag should easily peel off whatever item it is attached to?  I either end with a trail of stickiness left behind, or gouge the box piercing through it, in frustration.  In some instances I have had to resort to covering up the price using a black marker pen, so that the lucky recipient can’t see how much money I have spent.  (Not a good look).

Of course, the answer for next year would be to buy everything on-line as that way, it becomes someone else’s problem.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Everyone.

I fell into the art of style quite by accident. There was no defining moment when I decided that I knew what I wanted to do. I want people to feel good about themselves. Many don’t know where to shop and/or how to wear fashion. It has never been solely about cost, but of finding quality at a reasonable price and being able to wear - to suit your own figure, style and fashion. Join me as we explore – What is Style? No you are not the only one annoyed by this! I have a small kitchen container that I’ve had for over a year now and despite hand washing, scrubbing with steel wool and putting through the dishwasher several times, there is still sticky stuff on the bottom from the sticker!! Price stickers are incredibly frustrating!

    • I am sure there is money to be made for someone who could invent a re-moveable sticker. Your comment reminds me about a couple of platters I have that have stickers underneath that just won’t budge … so annoying. Merry Christmas.
